Belavista Da Luz - Wellness & Lifestyle Hotel

The hotel is exceptionally clean & well maintained. The rooms are spacious & comfortable. The hotel is designed in a horse shoe shape around the pool, which works really well. The pool are is very relaxing & the pool itself is a good enough size if you do want to do a few lengths. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice & items being replenished regularly.

For someone less mobile, it is a steep walk to the town / beach front. I'm not sure if there is a shuttle service available. We hired bikes, which made it very easy to pop in & out to the main centre.

The room was very comfortable and well thought of in design. Pool was great.

The pool was great. Very refreshing water and lovely to swim in. Room was good and comfortable bed. Great bathroom, bidet and shower with quality show gel and hair conditioner was good to have supplied. Lovely balcony with beautiful view. Lots of different chairs and sun loungers. Great air conditioning. Great black out curtains aloud me to wake up naturally. Robe in room was lovely to relax in. Good breakfast. Lots to choose from and seating outside. Lovely massage and spa. Friendly attentive staff in restaurant.

No milk for tea and coffee in room. Tea bags only. Coffee machine was difficult to work out how it worked. Fridge was there but I didn't want to go to the shop to buy when I first go there. Fridge was full of water on the shelf. Only one bottle of water supplied. Room cleaner came to clean about 16.00 on my last day. I was in the room so didn't want to be disturbed as I was relaxing in the room Cleaned earlier on the other days.

The pool area was amazing and the beds and sun beds were comfy. Very clean and beautiful scenery

The location is a little out of the center but still only under a 10 minute walk. Some of it could do with updating
