The staff were very attentive and helpful. Took us to the room to check in and allowed us to order food as the kitchen was about to close.
Very clean and comfortable.
Nice luxury touches such as a range of teas, biscuits and toiletries in the room.
We stayed here a night before travelling from Gatwick airport. Was just around the corner so perfect location.
Nothing - would come back during the day to see the view!!

Loved the setting around the lake. Food was very good
Rooms are underneath the pub and they smell damp. There was a dehumidifier that looked like an air freshener in the room so this is likely a known problem
