The staff were accommodating and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. They were able to help us last minute. Complimentary water and coffee were nice.

Just that the rooms are small. The bathroom is small. The elevator was very small. One room we had need to take the stairs and we had heavy luggage.

The location - a 10 minute walk to the Seine and then the path along the river is a great walk to all the iconic Paris sights! The staff who are so attentive and responsive. Loved access to complimentary coffee and sparkling water all day! Loved the coffee machine in the room! One of the more comfortable hotel beds we’ve slept in!

I love the area surrounding this hotel! It is out of the centre so it’s nice and calm and quiet but close enough to the main tourist spots that you don’t have to travel for miles. The hotel staff really go above and beyond to make your stay great and there are plenty of amenities such as free coffee, tea and water carafes available during the stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and whilst they are not huge, they do the job. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Paris!

The hotel is in a great location. Near restaurants and shops.

The room is small. The bathroom is smaller. Dificult to shower due to size of shower. No place to put luggage in rooms.
