Lacked a comfortable sofa, the sofa bed with fine for sleeping but not relaxing on as a sofa.

The location is perfect, the entry, garden was excellent. Very safe! The staff was very helpful and nice!

Didn't like some things about their rental politics, which is the fact that you need to pay for getting clean towels. When you book for a week, you need at least one set of new towels.

Ramsey, the breakfast manager was always ready to help. The location was good, and the room was a decent size. The kitchenette in the room was well equipped.

There was a huge confusion between a "hotel" stay and a "rental" stay. We did not understand why the bed had not been made (it was a sofa bed which was still closed when we arrived), or the fact that there was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom, or that we could only get towels after signing in/showing our passports. Only at checkout, when this was explained to us, did we understand it, and understand also the difference in price (the rental stay was 1/3 of the cost of a hotel stay). We didn't find this explanation when booking the room on booking dot com. When the sofa bed was opened up, the distance between the bed and the wall is only 14 cms, which makes it difficult to get out of bed. In the bathroom, the edge of the bath is 72cms high, so it's hard/scary to get in and out. In addition, the actual address appears in 4 different ways, none of them familiar with google maps.
