Warren was an excellent host and very accommodating when we needed to adjust our dates. The property was perfect for our group, as we were in town for my son's wedding. Everything was exactly as described, and the location worked great for our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book Smokies One again. Highly recommended!

Great condo! Didn’t give it a 5 star because it was a condo that slept 11, but there were only 6 coffee cups- we dug our sippy cups from our vehicles and made it work. The fridge needed a new water filter, so the ice and water in the door didn’t work- called it in and they responded quickly, but didn’t have a filter. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay and we’d definitely stay again! Thank you

We had 9 people, two families, with plenty of room. The resort is beautiful and the unit was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and very clean. We will be back! Loved the location too, very close to downtown Blowing Rock.

This was a beautiful facility. We dined on site and enjoyed our condo. Great place for adult friends to relax and enjoy Boone or Blowing Rock.
