The beautiful views from the balcony ! The excellent breakfast and attentive staff at hosting and everywhere !
Water should be free ! Coffee pot did not work in room . THE LACK OF PARKING ! I had to walk 6 blocks one late evening for one in the street !

Nice clean hotel very friendly staff
Not the hotels fault but the 8 flights of escalators you have to climb to get there from station was a shock to the system especially with 3 not working when I arrived.

The hotel is convenient to the train station. The breakfast was fine. The people working in the hotel are friendly.
The hotel is noisy. The doors are thin, the floors are linoleum, the doors cannot be closed without banging. At least in my room, the bed was right next to the door. The bed was only moderately comfortable. The hotel is not really convenient to the center of Siena - it's at least 20 minutes from everything.
