Tugra Hotel

We hebben 8 nachten hier verbleven. Hotel is outdated maar schoon. Met mini koelkast en wifi. Omgeving is een kattenparadijs. Ze worden goed verzorgd door de lokale bevolking. Elke dag vers Turks ontbijt wel goed verzorgd.Je kan daar elke dag genieten van de Turkse thee en koffie. Personeel is vriendelijk op turkse wijze en aardig en kunnen wat engels. Locatie is perfect in de buurt voor taxi lokale winkels ..kleine markt/supermarkten.. restaurants goedkope eettentjes boetiekjes tankstation ..een aanrader. Als je van veel luxe houdt zou ik een ander hotel nemen voor ons was het prima..elke avond bij hotelterrasje gezeten onder genot van hun heerlijke turkse koffie!

The location was perfect for me. Near facilities and shops. It was quiet. The room was clean. The breakfast was always good and for all tastes, with a plenty of variety. Check‑in was quick and easy. The man at the front desk was always welcoming and very helpful.

The TV in the room was tricky to use and there was only one channel. The wifi was a bit slow on computer. The breakfast room should be more brighter, but that's just my personal opinion. It would make the experience better.

We had a wonderful stay at Tugra Hotel and would happily stay here again. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location close to parks, shops, restaurants, public transport, and many of Istanbul's main tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, always going the extra mile to help. A special thank you to Azizhan Yenigün for his outstanding hospitality, helpful recommendations, and kindness throughout our stay. He truly made us feel at home. Great value for money, especially for families. Highly recommended!

Very small rooms with old furniture the air conditioning and the fridge were barely working
