The property is beautiful, like living in the rainforest with views of Arenal Volcano at every turn. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating. There is so much to do right on the property at the adventure center. The animal sanctuary was amazing. The hot springs on the property was such a bonus. Even during the rainy season it only rained at night. Our days were perfect and packed with adventure!
The beds were very hard. We took 4 rooms and we all said the same thing. It did not make for a good night’s sleep. The food was good not great.

The resort is perfect so many things to do and so beautiful and pretty clean and comfortable I was dreaming to come to this resort and didn’t regret any minute in there
In the bathroom the makeup mirror in the wall was old and needed to be replaced and they should at least include breakfast on the resort. A lot of money to not include nothing more than the property
