Evabelle Napa Hotel Apartments

Friendly staff and super clean Really nice pool We had a roadside room, a little noisy with traffic, but good location for town and beaches

Rooms a bit sparce on decoration

Size of the balcony. Air conditioning was very good.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Would have been impossible to sleep on. Bathroom became very slippery when showering and shower room flooded if pressure was on full.

Bus station is pretty close, Hotel is in such a nice place , everything was pretty close. There is a free parking area. Nice pool and bar area. Staff is more than friendly and helpful , we had an issue with an door, when we reported it , staff immediately fixed the problem. We got information that towels and blankets are changing every third day , i did not count but i can tell that we had new towels every second day. Someone complained about the noise, we closed the terrace door and kept the air conditioner on, never once did we wake up because of the noise from outside

There is no soap in the toilet and no shower gels i expected that in hotels, the towels and blankets have a strange smell , interesting thing is that kitchen and all of its equipment had exactly same smell, I guess it's because of the water or maybe because of not using a scented detergent(for towels and blankets).

Good location, staff were ok. The towels are not changed very often and the room wasn’t very clean. Hair still in the shower and there was a lot of dust on floors so could tell wasn’t mopped often the cleaner just comes in and changed bin twice during our week stay beds weren’t the most comfy but wasn’t the worst. Good for a budget holiday.

Wasn’t very clean in the room. Towels aren’t changed enough.
