The location was very central to some of the most sought after sites to see around Florence
Not much to say. Perhaps the elevator could be a little quicker but that’s not a game changer issue by any means.

The history, the locality, quality of rooms, and the staff
The barman Lorenzo was so lovely , they didn’t have a lot beer . But Lorenzo sorted it and got it for my husband

Location was awesome. Walked to everything
Night noise in the plaza was loud but understandable. Got quiet around 10:30

Staff is excellent, super friendly. Location is great, right in heart of Florence. Breakfast is okay.
Our room faced the street and the street noise goes until late in the night. Street is very touristy and there are many shops in both sides of the street. Bedrooms have the barely minimum - not charming or recently renovated.
