Host and property management were responsive and helpful. Location was great. The property itself is a little outdated and needs a little maintenance. For example, the curtains in the bedroom were missing the hooks that attach them to the rail, so they were hanging off the rail. One of the drawers in the kitchen didn't have any rails, so the drawer pulled out and fell. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was worn and lumpy. There were no seats on the balcony. Some ledges/rails hadn't been cleaned in a while. These things didn't ruin our stay, just a little feedback on easy things that could make a positive impact.

Just what we wanted. Place to lay our heads, cook some meals and be able to walk to the beach.

Extended family staying at a variety of accommodations in close proximity. Ages 5 to 92. And dogs. Been coming for decades. Beach, golf, hikes, pools, cards, Seaside etc. Terry-Ann in GBTS office was super helpful.

I’m going to start with the great things about this condo, 1. The view is amazing, 2. The staff was very friendly and helpful and 3. The location is perfect. This condo definitely needs some updating, the couch was extremely uncomfortable, the carpet felt gross, the TV was extremely small. It just felt dirty and we weren’t a fan. Also really frustrating that there was no cleaning service, I don’t mind cleaning up, but we ran out of towels, and our garbage was getting out of control, I finally called and was told we had to walk it to the garbage(which is fine, but we would have loved to know that earlier into the trip). All in all, I would stay at this location again, just not this specific condo. Also, the dishwasher was never unloaded, so we had to unload someone else’s mess, which was really annoying.
