Very quiet set of appartments, the accomadation was very big and the bed was super comfortable. It was a short walking distance from all the shops and restaurants of Fiskardo and the pool was lovely. The view on the water from the room was lovely and the AC was strong and reliable. Free easy parking on site as well which made our stay easier.

It’s photos don’t do it justice! It’s a large apartment with two fantastic balconies and kick ass air conditioning, a perfect base for watching the boats or enjoying breakfast. The pool was great too, we only saw two other guests use it all week. The team of staff are really nice and everything around the grounds was spotless. Plus of course a few sleeping cats

The property was huge and well equipped, clean, in a great location with a beautiful view.

For the price, the property is perhaps in need of a refresh. The balcony was a bit small considering the size of the apartment. But no real complaints about the property itself. The receptionist, though, was incredibly rude to us several times and this left an unpleasant taste in our mouths. The cleaner had called us over on arrival and showed us into our room, telling my husband to go and check in at reception. The receptioniist was quite rude, saying we can't check in before 3pm, but the cleaner had grabbed our cases as soon as the taxi dropped us off and taken them up to the room. It was uncomfortable to feel accused of being cheeky as though it were our fault. On the last day, I asked for a taxi to collect us from the hotel to take us to the airport. When we arrived at reception, the receptionist rolled her eyes at us when she saw we had luggage. She said "I told the taxi to pick you up from the apartment.' didn't understand what she was trying to say (as I did not know that the reception is mainly for another Faros hotel). I said we wanted to store our luggage until the taxi came later that afternoon. She repeated thar she'd asked the taxi to collect from "upstairs". I said where should we store our luggage in that case, and she shrugged and said "Up there." I checked did she mean for us to leave our luggage on the street outside, unattended for 4 hours. She shrugged again. I expressed that I really didn't understand what she was trying to say and she replied "You speek Greek, don't you?" This conversation was complete madness to me. The idea that because the receptionist ordered a taxi to outside the hotel apartment instead of outside reception, we should abandon our luggage on the street was the most bizarre suggestion I've heard. She acquiesced and said she'd ask the taxi to collect us from reception and we could leave our bags with her.
