TUI BLUE Medina Gardens - Adults Only - All Inclusive

The staff and accommodation are both excellent. The restaurant staff (especially Fatima) were welcoming and always cheerful. It’s like being at home, except the food was more varied. The bar staff too (particularly Ahmed) were exceptionally good at their jobs. We cannot fault any of the staff. They are well trained and extremely good at their jobs. Our room was comfortable, well furnished as well as being light, airy and maintained to a high standard by the cleaning staff. The hotel is very well located, wing only fifteen minutes from the medina. The grounds of the hotel are extensive and maintained to a meticulous standard. There is a lovely flock of peacocks and peahens roaming the grounds. They are very friendly.

Our room was large and a good view of the pool and gardens, plus it was quiet at night.

The music at the events was too loud : my Apple watch said every night that the noise level would affect my hearing if I sat for over 30 minutes in the sound. I think the management should review the sound levels especially for the sake of their staff who are being affected every night. I wear hearing aids so I understand the long term impact of noisy environments.

The location was great but the stay was uncomfortable, was not happy with manager he's not clear in how he speaks and nor does he deal with a complaint well. Very surprised with TUI the bed was very uncomfortable, room was not cleaned properly. The welcome was very awkward never experienced such a thing. However people of Marrakech made up for it and the location.
