Burgers Hotel

Schönes Stadthotel. Gut gelegen beim Europapark.

Im Bad ist uns leider beim Duschen die Duschbrause entgegen gekommen. Frühstück dürfte etwas mehr auswahl haben.

Clean, spacious, modern, very friendly staff

Bed was a bit too soft for my taste

We stayed for two nights and booked two rooms. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The air conditioning worked very well, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always responded quickly to our messages. The hotel was easy to find, and the on-site parking was very convenient. We appreciated the separate beds and the excellent shower. One of the rooms had blackout shutters that kept the room completely dark even during the day, which was great. (In the second room, not all the windows had blackout shutters.) Breakfast was not very large, but it was fresh, tasty, and of very good quality.

A few things to keep in mind: There are accommodations located closer to Europa-Park and Rulantica. The rooms are on the second floor with no elevator, so carrying luggage can be challenging. The rooms are above café/restaurant, so it can be a bit noisy at times. One of the mattresses had a noticeable sag, making it less comfortable to sleep on. There is no supermarket within walking distance, and the rooms are not really equipped for self catering or preparing meals. Because of that, while this is a very well maintained and highly recommended place in almost every aspect, it may be less convenient for families who prefer to prepare some of their own meals or stay within walking distance of shops and the parks.

it would be great if insect nets were on the windows in the main room as well, not just on the ones in the shower and the toilet
