The property was exactly what we needed, clean and comfortable.

Location is decent to good specifically as a travel hub - if you have luggage, it might be a struggle, but it's on a subway line and accessible by multiple avenues. Price value is great - you can save quite a bit of cash on multiple days here and still have a room/bathroom to yourself.

Food options are subpar around the hotel - you're going to have a hard time finding anything to eat that isn't Yoshinoya. Layout is cramped - if you are travelling for a long period of time, you are not going to be able to spread out as you might like.

Staff at the counter were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean. Cleaning service was good and reliable. Despite being a designated smoking room, the room didn't smell, at least to us. AC worked well.

Room was quite small with almost no surface space to organize our items. The low slanted ceiling on one side (4th floor) also made the space even smaller. Bed was not very comfortable (springy). Linens were overall nice and clean, except for a small stain on my pillowcase and towel. Floor was old carpet that really needed a wash. Room slippers were provided but one of them was ripped. Elevator was stuffy with a bit of a smell sometimes. Wish the hotel had a laundry room we could use, but there were coin laundries nearby.
