Location was great

The lifts were not working and some people got stuck for a while.

We had an exceptional stay at Hotel More in Dubrovnik. If you can get it, **Room 403 may be the best room on the entire property**. The views over the Adriatic are exquisite, and having a private hot tub on the balcony makes the room truly special. Sitting outside overlooking the water was one of the highlights of our stay. Breakfast is included and excellent, with the option of enjoying it outside on the deck overlooking the sea, inside the restaurant, or delivered directly to your suite. Having breakfast on the terrace with those views is hard to beat. The staff deserves special mention. Everyone we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, and the service throughout our stay was impeccable. Hotel More combines spectacular views, a beautiful waterfront setting, excellent service, and a more intimate atmosphere than many of Dubrovnik's larger luxury hotels. We would absolutely stay here again—and would specifically request **Room 403**.

There was construction across the street during our stay that created quite a bit of daytime noise. While noticeable, this was obviously outside the hotel's control and should not be considered a reflection of the hotel itself. Parking can also seem a little challenging when you first arrive. However, the staff immediately took over at check-in and handled everything for us. Once we understood the parking protocol, it became a non-issue.

Amazing hotel with lovely facilities, great breakfast, lovely cave bar , that you can jump into the ocean from during the day . Could be great if the staff were nice to their guests .

The staff, seriously can’t anyone crack a smile , reception are rude , no one is happy . Pay your staff more , even if they have to fake smiles. Some stupidity with resturant reservations, making a reservation was difficult, lack of responses by the hotel when messaged beforehand , when we arrived we were able to make a reservation but only with much insistence because we were told they were full , we arrived to near empty Resturant, which was near empty all night , additionally we were told we could not come at 7.30 but had to come at 7 due to reservation availability, laughable that there was hardly anyone in the restaurant for the duration of the night. There are no snacks in the mini bar , nor any real choices for room service late at night , I know it’s a first world problem but it is a 5 star hotel ? Please stop charging 15 euros for each room service , call people are trying to give you money and you charge them more on top , why?
