Great location, just a few minutes walk from the Duomo! The room was spacious and very clean! The breakfast was also good. The hotel is not huge, and thus it feels cozy.
Perhaps the price could have been lower, but that is to be expected with such a good location in the center of Florence. Given the hotel's central location, the area around it is very busy

Boutique hotel in a larger building located near everything. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. It was only 5 minutes walking distance from the train station. The property was very clean and looks like it was renovated recently. Decor was modern. The staff were very kind and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage on the last day while we went out to the city. Breakfast was delicious and included a variety of items. Overall was a great experience.
Room and bathroom were small. As expected in a big city.

We ended up only staying for one night as we faced 2 days of flight delays. The staff were accommodating for this and kept in touch while they waited for our arrival.
The location was great, near the station and we were able to walk into the heart of Florence easily. Hotel was quiet even though you are in the centre of the city.
Breakfast was nice but basic.
Room was very clean.
We only booked a standard room and they are rather small (especially for the price). It was comfortable but would have been a bit tight if we were there longer than a night. The air conditioner did also make noise which disrupted sleep, we mentioned this and staff did their best to reset it but it started again.
