All correspondence from the owners, whether that be via email, text or phone was easy and professional. The emails sent about room allocation, location and various things to do and where to eat in town were comprehensive and easy to follow. Cleaning was great. Drop off of key was easy. Parking was great and the view out the back to the creek was peaceful along with a small outdoor table to enjoy a morning cuppa was great.
I’d suggest that having a microwave in the room may require a set or two of cutlery and some dinner plates for reheating of food, however was able to purchase these from the local boot sale

Motel is a two minute walk into the main street past various historical buildings and the lovely watercourse in the rear of the main building. Excellent hot full strength shower and decent sized bathroom. Bed was large and very comfortable. Pub down the road was closed on a sunday which was weird so we walked up the street to the next pub and had a few bevvies and a nice feed. Plenty of places for breakkie the next day before our trip home to Adelaide.
The floor/carpet in the room was pretty much filthy with alot of dirty stains over most of it so walking barefoot on it was not pleasant. Appeared not to have been vacuumed in a while.
Sadly the motels restaurant was closed and they had a great indoor pool and spa which was empty.
Also no motel staff onsite at all? Our keys were left in the open room for us, first time I have ever struck this? Not sure what would have happened if a key got lost and u couldnt get back into your room?
