Die Nähe zur historischen Altstadt von Weißenburg/Wissembourg. Die romantische Lage innerhalb einer alten Wassermühlenanlage an der Lauter. Die hervorragende Küche.
Das Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher und besser sein. Personal und Patrons tun wohl ihr bestes, aber leider reicht es nur zu 1 minus.

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage , tolle Ausstattung der Zimmer und insgesamt sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, solides und reichhaltiges Frühstück, ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt am Hotel
Es gab nicht zu bemängeln, auch mal schön !

Wir hatten für uns ein ideales Zimmer weil es am Ende des Flures liegt. Wir lieben Ruhe........ Die Matratzen sind prima nicht durchgelegen oder abgenutzt. Alles war sauber und das Zimmer in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Zimmerservice sehr freundlich und auch im Servicebereich waren alle Mitarbeiter und natürlich auch die Chef`s besonders nett und aufmerksam.
Ich hätte mir am Frühstücksbüffet etwas mehr Auswahl an dunklem Brot gewünscht. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu kritisieren.

Right from the moment we arrive, we felt at home, the staff were amazing, helpful and allowed us to park our motorcycles behind a gate, but security wasn't an issue. Restaurant and the quality of the food was outstanding, fabulous breakfast choices, set you up for the day. the hotel has a great charm with the water mill, and close to the main town, just a 10 minutes walk along the small waterway.
Nothing, all was outstanding, I would stay again and recommend this hotel.
