Just perfect as always! Fantastic hosts - always helpful and cheerful. Took lunch there on a few occasions and it was totally delicious! Room very clean and comfortable. Will defo be there again.

An Absolute Dream on a Dreamy Island! What an exceptional property! From the moment I arrived, I was completely captivated by the breathtaking beachfront location offering an unparalleled sense of tranquility and a true "Tilos-like" peaceful sanctuary. The architecture of the property is magnificent, every single space reflects impeccable taste, while the cleanliness of the suites is held to the highest standatds. What truly elevates the experience, however, is the hospitality and the constant, reassuring presence of the owners. A very special mention must be made to the elegant lady of the house, Mrs Kiki, whose profound kindness, discreet attention to detail and authentic warmth made me feel so cared for throughout my entire stay! The culinary experience was equally unforgettable. The most delicious, authentic homemade dishes, including incredible traditional meaballs, pastitsio, and dolmadakia. A highlight was the fresh salads prepared by Mr Giannis, uniquely dressed with their own premium olive oil from Creta! Their son, Akis, always polite and full of humor (thank you for the photos, you know what I mean, Akis) and the lovely assistant, Natalie, brought an extra touch of delight to my stay... This is truly a dreamy house on a dreamy island. If you are looking for a flawless, serene and sophisticated escape, this place is the absolute definition of a perfect holiday. ALREADY LOOKING FORWARD TO MY RETURN!!!

This place spoils you so much with its beauty and flawless hospitality, that returning to the daily life feels like a harsh awakening. Leaving this idyllic paradise would be incredibly difficult!

Perfect location, just a short walk from the centre of Livadia, slightly away from the busier areas so it was lovely and peaceful, but close enough to access everything we needed within a 10 min walk. Accommodation was kept spotlessly clean and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hosts could not have done more to make us welcome and ensure we had the best time.
