Location was excellent, breakfast reasonable choice. Room very good
Smell of smoke in some parts. Bar closed at 10pm. Had little interaction with any staff. Swimming pool not connected to hotel, access via a pathway to a building next door, looked like a large inflatable pool!

A tourism agency is inside the hotel and can propose different packages, very useful and intersting. Ms Zhou Rong was very kind and helpful. We stayed 24 hours in Xi'An but we saw the most important parts of the city: Terra Cotta, Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, Bell and Drum Towers by night and the hotel near a traditional temple. Thanks a lot!

Great location and incredible price level for a good quality level. The option to quickly do your own laundry for free is amazing
Breakfast is OK but could potentially improve a little - but I understand that’s influenced by me being European

The location was central and was easy to reach all the places and have a nice evening walk.
The staff couldn’t speak English at all, everything was by Google Translator.
At the arrival we found some dirty furniture (communicated at the reception).
The AC didn’t work and was boiling in the room. The reception gave us a fan but it didn’t help.
