Well laid out room and comfy bed

Love the decor. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the welcome surprise. Good gym. Practical situation next to the market and within walking distance to the centre of town.
The stairs at the entrance but we did get help with the suitcase. The breakfast was OK but nothing more. The shower is not very practical because it should have already had a non-slip surface although a mat is provided and a sliding door would be more practical.

The staff at the reception desk were all very welcoming, patient, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast selection was varied, flavorful, and all the staff were very nice, helpful, and respectful. The rooms were clean. The location is perfect with its proximity to dining, entertainment, transportation, attractions, etc.
The front entrance was a bit hard to find and there is no elevator from that level. I suggest having at least a ramp, so guests can easily wheel their heavy luggage instead of carrying it up the steps towards the reception desk. I think a small renovation to incorporate a sloping ramp would be nice. I'll leave it to the architects if that is possible.
