The staffs are all very helpful and welcoming. You immediately in the holiday mood with them. Quite area more exclusive experience. The public beach is only 3 mins walk.

Bed is slightly harder than what we are used to. But it’s just our preference.

The overall hotel was lovely, the room was nice, and staff were mainly very friendly; shout out to the bar man and Giorgios. The food at dinner was delicious, though can get repetitive if you stay for over a week.

We went to this hotel to celebrate our marriage. Though we did not expect anything from the hotel, we were a bit upset that no effort was made to acknowledge our newlywed status, which made us feel that the hotel is not the premium status it claims. There were not enough sun loungers which were in the sun, people would reserve a lounger very early in the morning. Also note that they do not have a part of the beach either so you would need to pay someone else on the beach to use their sun loungers. The BIO restaurant is overly hyped to be a special restaurant, however the experience was not better than the main restaurant, which left us disappointed. The live music in the evenings was particularly bad. And the "DJ" on Sunday was awfully loud... Our room was two floors underneath the gym and we could still hear people de-racking the barbell which is not great either
