Boutique Hotel Tilos Mare

The hotel really nice, clean, quiet. There is a lovely pool area with comfortable sunbeds, which gets the sun all day and is very sheltered if it is windy. There is also an outdoor gym area with weights bench and a good selection of free weights, hot tub and sunbeds in another area off the pool. The breakfast was very nice, fresh and cooked to order and served hot each morning . The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We were collected at the port by minibus. Our ferry on checkout day was delayed by 8 hours and we were able to use the hotel facilities for the day at no expense. We would definitely stay here again if we are in Tilos.

The hotel is in a quiet secluded area 5 minutes away from the sea and the main streets of Livadia. The place itself is gorgeous with plants, flowers, and mountains surrounding it. Looks even better than in the pictures. The pool and the jacuzzi are both great and clean. Such a tranquil atmosphere. The lady on the reception desk is very nice and helpful

Property was lovely typically Greek with a modern twist. Pool area was lovely. Very clean with comfortable beds. Olivia was very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was generally quiet. I liked the large bougainvilleas around the property, which gave it a nice calming look.

This is definitely not a boutique hotel. The facilities are tired (30 years+) and in desperate need of freshening up. The room was dirty - we felt that the cleaner was only making the beds and not cleaning properly, even when we kindly asked them to pay more attention. The bathroom was full of pieces of hair (that were not ours), the room floor was also soiled with debris, all the days. The beds are very very small, and you can't join them up together as there's a gap between them. Some of the lights in the room were broken. You can't sit on the balcony, as the hot air from the airconditioner exterior unit will blast all over you. The breakfast needs to be ordered a day in advance, and doesn't feel like it's worth it. The swimming pool looked very dirty. The property is generally far from the beach or the village square, compared to other hotels. The receptionist was helpful and polite, but this didn't make up for the poor facilities. She specifically asked us to rate our stay as 10, which I found slightly manipulative and probably explains all the 10 in the reviews. Despite her efforts to be helpful, this is definitely very far from a 10.
