Pools Gym was pretty good Staff Impressive lobby Sauna good very hot Paddle courts

Acqua park was closed with no communication! Our poor child was so excited then disappointed. We got severe food poisoning on last night and came home extremely sick. The corridors were too cold and the perfume used in hall ways is toxic. All electronic air deodorant and fragrances are poisonous please don’t use them. Use only natural plants or essential oils. Otherwise it can make guests and staff sick. Spa was too cool not hot enough

Pool area was nice. Plenty of room for us.(couple)We had a room that over looked the pool area. Breakfast was good. Nice selection. Hotel was very helpful at all times. no complaints.We had a driver from hotel who was great in helping see the sites of Cairo. Was best person we met there. he took great us us. Rewarded him for his effort. For our room , no complaints there. Plenty of room and liked the balcony and view. Was quiet and relaxing during our stay.

As for the hotel , no complains. Enjoyed our time there. Was better than I thought this area would be. Not much in and around the hotel to do by foot . Water park a little crowed in the afternoon/

The hotel requires renovations. The aqua park is open to hotel guests from 9-10am only. After 10am it is open to public so it becomes crowded and unclean. The rides are good but not clean and very busy. Some machines in the gym are broken.

the pool area was nice , the staff were friendly & was it nice to watch the football outside & the hotel was clean

i was disappointed there was no glasses in the dinning room of a four star hotel & the menu could have been better i had food poisoning on the last evening of our stay & the Internet was too slow , also the a/c was too noisy . the shower could also have been better.
