Casa Rural Ardantzena

Very friendly which continued throughout our stay, lovely rooms, full use of kitchen and garden, very clean, beds comfy.

Pedro (and his dog) were the loveliest of hosts. I arrived early and expected to read and relax outside until I could check in. He insisted I come in, carried my heavy bag up the stairs, fed me, and we talked (via translating app), for hours. The home is gorgeous outside, inside comfortable and clean, and his dog was such a charmer.

I didn’t realize it was so far from where I needed to be, so I had to get taxis. Pedro was wonderful at arranging for me.

El entorno es bonito.

El alojamiento estaba muy sucio incluyendo la habitación. En 5 noches que hemos pasado, nunca han vuelto a pasar a limpiarla. La cortina de la ducha está enmohecida. De hecho, la ducha no traga bien y estaba bastante sucia. La casa no está bien aislada y hace calor. Además, el ventilador no ayuda mucho. No hay ni gel ni champú. Hay que llevarlo. El colchón es muy incómodo. La cocina apenas tiene menaje y el que tiene está sucio. No hay asientos para todos en el jardín, con lo cual, muchas veces teníamos que ir a la habitación. Apenas hemos visto al personal a pesar de que viven allí. Se nota que está un poco abandonado, en general.
