Norn Talay Surin Beach Phuket

good location, nice staff

was kind of outdated, a lot of limescale in the bathroom, spiderwebs in the corners of the room

The view from our room was exactly like the photo. I woke to the ocean. Swimming pool was lovely, room was clean, staff were helpful.

Surin Beach was a little further away from everything than I imagined but we still enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel with nice friendly staff and helpful , they have small gym , 2 swimming pool with sun beds, they trips corner in the recreation so u book trips need to look for it outside 👍. Great sea view and they are 5 floors , down you can sea the rocks so awesome 😃 nice beach the Surin beach 🏖️brake can swim and fish their , Good for the honey nooners for 2-3 days in my opinion 👍

It’s on the high way so u need motorbike or taxi to go to the shops 😢 they have restaurant service only breakfast and limited choices 😢, 7/11 near holiday inn u need to take a long walk about 20 mins or by motorbike. I advice u to order from Grab for food and drinks , order items in 7/11 better and taxi 👍

The location and close proximity to the beach are the only things that this hotel has going for it. The views from the superior sea view rooms were amazing. If it wasn’t for this I would have left. The superior sea view room had a comfortable bed and was very bright with a big window.

This hotel is TIRED. I’m sure that it was once a very beautiful building but it has not been maintained and as a result it is not as nice as the booking.com photos make it seem nor as nice as it could be. There were black marks all over the walls, mouldy curtain, rust and limescale all over anything that came near water. The room was clean but in desperate need of refurbishment. Throughout the building there were areas that looked disused, out of bounds and untidy. The pool area was depressing. Breakfast was in a dingy room with highway noise and was a bit unappetising with not a lot of choice and congealed dressings out on display. The front of the hotel is straight onto a very busy road with no pavement, walking that route into town felt quite dicey with the traffic rushing past but there is a back route involving a short walk across the beach that was much nicer.
