We had a great stay for a friend's wedding at the villa. The villa was very well located about 20 min walk from the main marina. There are some good supermarkets very nearby also. The property was spacious and well laid out. The only slight negative was the rooms were very warm without AC, and even the master room which had an AC unit got incredibly warm. The host were very communicative and answered my question prior to arrival about early check-in and facilities at the property.

Clean (except some ants in kitchen drawers/on kitchen worktops), very spacious, nice pool (including sun loungers and parasols), excellent views from balcony (including sunset), number of bathrooms, storage space, shutters, amount of amenities, quiet area, proximity to Ciutadella. Lack of air conditioning except in master bedroom. Mauter Villas (host) wouldn’t confirm late check out availability (despite being a payable option upon confirmation) until 2 days before check out (presumably in the hope of securing a booking for the day we departed), making it difficult to plan.

They were on hand at any given time to help with any questionsneeded information.

- The size of the accommodation is great - The swimming pool is nice. - The beds are comfortable although the pillows are not! - the view from the balcony in the main bedroom is fantastic! - Mauter Villas were very responsive to the issues we made them aware of. Maui was great! - great master bedroom and en suite We had to ask for mugs, decent size glasses and a toaster to be provided as they were not in the villa on arrival. For what is supposed to be a premium villa, the items in the kitchen (plates, glasses, kitchen utensils, etc) were very basic albeit functional The adverts do not state that the pool is salt water nor that 3 of the 4 bedrooms are on the ground floor, a different level to the main bedroom. The garden needs a lot of work and is unusable by people renting the villa. The area around the pool ought to be jet-washed before each rental. It wasn’t clean. The standard of cleaning was not very high. Although I saw that the floors were mopped it was obvious that dirty water was pushed around the floors as we found they were very dirty even after ‘cleaning’
