Delightful and helpful staff. Wonderful location.
Our bed was so small and uncomfortable. Not enough air conditioning and we were sweating nightly.

Very roomy and clean suite. Very good location in Condessa across from a big park, The area felt very safe and the hotel staff made us feel especially secure with their controlled access (guests leave their room keys off at the reception desk when leaving the hotel and must pass through the reception area and retrieve keys to enter the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
