Wszystko było ok

The staff was amazing and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. They paid attention to every detail and were always helpful. The view was absolutely beautiful, facing the Hassan II Mosque. The place is safe, quiet, and perfectly located for exploring the city and enjoying different activities. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and very complete. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Everything was perfect

The hotel was in an excellent location, and staff were very friendly and helpful (even got our room upgraded because it was my birthday)! The breakfast was really good and the room was very clean with an amazing view of the mosque.

Bathroom was a bit tired - still very clean but just looked a bit past it's best.

Prime location of the property for business travel

Although i was staying in a Gold Suite but the property maintenance is very poor the bathrooms have stinking smell and in very poor state . The front desk was very impolite , during check in , if a person is flying from a foreign country and asking u for a glass of water how can u deny saying you will get the water in room else u go out n buy somewhere . I reahed hotel at 12:30 and check in time was 3 pm which again was conveyed in a rude manner as if I landed without prior intimation when the room are ready u will be informed ! so i had to go out search a shop buy n drink water , being an Indian that is height of inhospitable behaviour u can show to a guest in your country , so made a very POOR impression about Morocco to me not as a receptionist. Room service entered the room by mistake /unknowingly when a lady is alone in the room was another doubt on safety during my entire stay as a solo traveller
