The location was amazing 10/10. Grateful for two showers + toilets, full kitchen, use of washer/dryer, and fans in bedroom. We LOVED Annecy and were pleased with the accommodations.

Getting our heavy luggage up to the room was difficult but we knew that ahead of time. Would be useful to have a suitcase valet or something to set suitcase upon in rooms. Surprised the beds weren't made upon arrival. Is that common? Apartment was uncomfortably warm and we didn't locate the main level A/C until we were leaving (label for dummies like us?). There was a ton of equipment haphazardly stashed in our room between the wall and the closet...seems like it might find a better home or be available only when needed (crib, drying rack, etc)?

Emplacement au top, proche de toutes les commodités. Nuits sans bruits.

Great location in the heart of Annecy Large space for 5 of us

Keeping the 3rd floor cool was a bit of a challenge when it was 90F out.

Notre séjour fut parfait, et votre espace est super!! Très beau et propre, avec tout ce qu'il nous fallait. Le seul ennui était les marches excessives pour s'y rendre, mais on nous avait bien prévu à l'avance et c'était gérable. The location is perfect and it was quiet and comfortable. Ce review positif est bien mérité! Merci beaucoup!
