100% sprawdzonych opinii7 / 10Dobry·paź 2026
Very clean, warm and comfortable. The host was very welcoming. Great value for money. What more to ask for or expect!
No USB portal BUT it's an old house so not really an issue as I forgot to bring my plug adaptor.
Parking not straight forward as it's in a permit controlled parking zone between 9am and 6pm

Clean and in good location
Nothing serious

Carol was very friendly and showed me to my room and told me about the facilities, and oriented me to local amenities in the area.
That part of Southend is very tired: lots of boarded up properties, HMOs, evidence of drug use between the property and Southend High Street. I would not feel safe if I were a lone woman.

Carol the owner very nice and welcoming. And was accommodating.
We paid £130.00 per night for just room. Without breakfast but was given a complimentary bowl of cornflakes. The room could of done with a mirror on the wall to do your hair or make up.
Also the bathroom only had a hand sized basin. And could do with a shelf to put some of your toiletries on, toothbrush and toothpaste etc. The location is good except the road itself let's it down.
