Stunning view from my room with the balcony onto the lake. Every morning for sunrise the sun was shining into my room. Very quiet location, you only hear the water of the lake. Very peaceful, lovely garden with view directly onto lake. Great swim in the lake. Very clean rooms. The owner speaks many languages, was extremely helpful with information on how to travel around, where to got to etc. Only about 15 -20 minutes walk to Menaggio. Absolute perfect place for me.

Absolutely beautiful view, the room was clean and facilities were good. Location was not too far from the centre of Menaggio as well so very convenient.

I started my solo Italy trip at this beautiful accomodation and it was just breathtakingly perfect. My room backed directly onto Lake Como, and the sun came shining in every morning making it feel like a dream! Comfortable bed, good room facilities, all you need for a short stay. Staff were incredibly friendly. They offered breakfast at the accomodation for an extra price but it was reasonable and convenient as the main town is roughly 15 mins walk away. Perfect stay if you don’t mind the walk!
