The hosts seemed very kind and the Riad itself looked very nice inside, with good and authentic vibes.

It should be noted that we did not stay there for the night because we found the accommodation a bit too remote, so we looked for something closer to the city center. We had a hard time finding the accommodation and the parking didn't seem safe enough using a rented car.

We loved this place. Really large and well furnished bedroom in an interesting old riad in a location that made you feel part of living in Ouzarzate´s old town. Amazing views of both town and countryside from the lovely terrace including of the nesting storks on the tower nearby. Clean throughout, comprehensive breakfast and just the friendliest staff you could wish for. Overnight parking nearby too. Just a great, great place to stay.

There was nothing not to like. Just be patient trying to find it. Use your GPS and look for signs on the passageway walls.

We had a fantastic stay at this traditional kasbah. What we loved most was how authentic the experience felt. It wasn’t a touristy place at all—it gave us the opportunity to experience the local atmosphere and traditional Moroccan architecture, which was exactly what we were looking for. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and full of character. The air conditioning was also a huge plus, especially during the hot weather. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of authentic local food, and the rooftop terraces offered stunning views over the city. If you’re looking for a genuine Moroccan experience rather than a standard hotel, this is the perfect place. We would happily stay here again.

The bath was clean and looked more or less freshly renovated, spacious rooms, nice terrace. The breakfast lady was very nice.

All in all it looked not well maintained, it needs more care. It must have been a nice hotel once. Moreover they didn’t do room service. Except of the breakfast lady I didn’t understand the purpose of the other stuff. They seem just to exist in the hotel, without anything to do or to supply any information to the guest.
