We’ve been to the Old Village a few times, but this was our first stay at the Prestige and we really enjoyed it. It was easy to find and in an excellent location, with Jakks Bar and the bakery right next door. The food and drinks were amazing and reasonably priced. Our studio was a decent size for two and had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday. The pool was also very close to our studio, which we loved, and it was always peaceful and quiet.

The hedge outside our studio could definitely do with a good trim, as it was quite overgrown and very close to the table. When we had food outside, it attracted quite a lot of bugs, which made sitting there less enjoyable. Mosquitoes were also an issue, although we appreciate this can be common in the area. We were also disappointed that guests at the Prestige don’t have access to the other Old Village pools, as they have a pool bar, music and a deeper pool that’s better for swimming, whereas the Prestige pool is quite shallow.

Spacious apartment in a lovely setting, with own patio beside a very quiet pool area.

Probably needs a bit updated, as tired looking, but what we paid we were more than happy.

Needs better and crockery and kitchen essentials (some were cracked) and there were only two bowls. The kitchen lives were hopelessly blunt and need replacing.

The cooking facilities were abysmal it took an hour to boil a pot of water for eggs. You basically couldn’t cook in the apartment the hob and cooker were awful as well as the standard of dishes for a self catering apartment.
