The good position close to the city center Breakfast is good

Language barrier with the staff Coffee machine doesn’t work properly

The location is good and can be the closest to the centre without breaking the budget. Room is clean and quiet, simple breakfast also included that is very good. The staff are very nice and helpful.

First, the early check in, we arrived around 0700h from a night flight, however, the room was not available so we had our bags stored and we came back a few minutes before the scheduled check in at 1300h. Almost an hour passed, and we were all exhausted but no check in was happening. Suddenly a local women with 2 Arabs and a kid came and they were immediately checked in ahead of all the people waiting. VERY BAD, the faces of all people waiting to be checked were obviously annoyed at the front desk. Finally on our turn to check in, the front desk lady asked for my passport four times back and forth and even left it on the copier on the last time, that was very disorganised. Lastly, aside from the bathroom mirror, the room didn't have any other mirrors.

Bardzo fajny hotel z przemiłą obsługą i pysznymi śniadaniami. Kawa z ekspresu i herbata dostępne całodobowo. Obok hotelu dużo sklepów i miejsc, gdzie można zjeść. Krótki spacer do centrum miasta. Zatrzymaliśmy się w tym hotelu dwa razy i byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

Friendly staff and nice breakfast, comfortable beds and clean rooms

I don't like marking places down, however the reason for the low score is a lack of fridge in the room, we had to ask at reception for them to put our items in their fridge so unable to keep drinks cool (the staff were helpful enough helping out with this) not enough power points, no tea and coffee facilities in room, I appreciate that these were in the communal area but not great if you need to get dressed before going out of your room! Our door (7) was really difficult to access with the card and took 6/7 attempts each time, and we needed to do some laundry but was told that it would be 1 dollar per item, which meant that a wash of our undies and a few other items would have been rather pricey! Air con wasn't efficient and very noisy! No complaints about the staff overall, the bed was comfortable and room was a sufficient size, we didn't need to spend a significant amount of time there, but just wanted to note these things as the reason I chose this hotel was because of the good reviews!
