Number 18

The situation of the property was very good. It was different from other B&Bs, which made it lovely.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Number 18! From the very beginning, Melissa was an exceptionally kind, welcoming and thoughtful host who genuinely cared about making my visit comfortable and memorable. My journey to Conwy was unexpectedly delayed, but Melissa was incredibly understanding and accommodating. Throughout my stay, she made me feel truly welcome and was always happy to help. The accommodation was lovely, comfortable and full of character, with a fantastic location for exploring beautiful Conwy and North Wales. What impressed me most was Melissa’s personal attention to her guests. On my departure morning, I needed to leave early for Liverpool, and she kindly arranged breakfast at 7:30 am, exactly as promised. Such thoughtful hospitality makes all the difference! I travel quite a lot, and I can confidently say that Melissa is one of the loveliest hosts I have encountered. Number 18 is much more than just a place to sleep — it is somewhere you genuinely feel looked after. Thank you so much, Melissa, for making my visit to Conwy so special! I would happily stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend Number 18 to anyone visiting the area.

Nice friendly hosts, colourful clean rooms, homely sitting room, good shower facilities and tasty breakfast. Central location.

Not really the owner's fault and can't blame them but the church bell chiming every 15 mins through the night and on the hour. It didn't really bother my wife so much as she can sleep through an earthquake but i'm a light sleeper and we were adjacent to the church bell. Not sure why they have to have it on all through the night. Most places turn them off through the night. I got about 3 hours sleep. It is something that would affect most guesthouses in the area I guess. So for light sleepers make sure you bring ear plugs and you should be fine.

Very close to the railway station and easy to find. I like the eclectic decor and spent some time looking at the shelves and cupboards. Breakfast basket delivered outside my room was great just what I needed.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property, however I should point out as my room was facing the front street, on a Saturday night there were quite a few merry and noisy people going up and down the street. I would’ve liked a slightly bigger bath towel as I’m not a small person. But the bathroom was very well equipped.
