Hotel staffs are very kind and service minded. The room was very comfortable and clean. They have nice breakfast and also there are good restaurants.
Nice tour in the caste and very nice big garden.
It took time to get warm water in the bathroom.

For peace and quiet in a quality location this place is excellent! Very spacious rooms and good service. The breakfast choices were also excellent. The outdoor pool set up is very tranquil with a good poolside bar/ restaurant offering good quality food.
We were in the converted stable block with no real terrace to speak of. If you dont have a car its quite away out from the lake. The second restaurant is not open Sunday, Monday ot Tuesday.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The food was excellent. The massive grounds of the estate were impressive.
There were a few maintenance issues that took a while to address. It was difficult to get a late lunch when the pool bar was closed but we did eventually get something to eat.

Only the young lady that checked us in
Everything else. Reception arrogant, breakfast personnel not helpful, bar is a joke (no staff to serve, and one we found one, he didn’t know how to use the draft beer and served half of the glass foam, and beer is warm. Asked for someone to help us to move luggage from the room, no one came and had to carry myself.
Will never stay there again
