The Staff, The Facility’s and the Hotel Itself.

Location: 6 minutes walk from the train station. City center, near to restaurants, and lake, for a calm and peaceful walk. Staff: Very friendly and respectful. Hotel itself is very well described in the listing, the reality reflects what they show in pictures.

Pillows (too flat for me to sleep comfortably)

We appreciated the fact that they moved our booking one month ahead because, due to the war, we were unable to come in August, as well as the beautiful view from the window.

Apart from the fact that they kindly moved our booking one month ahead because we were unable to leave Ukraine on time due to the shelling, which we are grateful for, and the beautiful view from the window, unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say about this hotel. When we returned to the hotel late after Oktoberfest, our key cards stopped working. There was no one at the reception, and we could not reach the administration — nobody answered the phone. As a result, we had to spend the night sitting on the concrete steps outside our room. In the morning, we were told, “We don’t know what the problem is. According to our system, the cards are working.” We offered to go upstairs with the staff and check whether our room door would actually open, but they refused to do so. Instead, they simply kept insisting that their system was working properly. In reality, we could not open either the main entrance door or the door to our room. It is simply terrible when guests cannot access their room, there is no one available to contact during the night, and in the morning, instead of actually checking and resolving the problem, the staff simply insist that “the system is working.” We definitely will not be coming back here. If you are already staying at this hotel, please keep in mind that if a problem occurs, you may not be able to contact the administrators. Our overall experience was extremely negative.
