Location and staff were excellent

Roof top bar was pretty non existent and when it was open no atmosphere unfortunately. Could do with updating the rooms a little

The room was spacious with sea view, balcony with table and 3 chairs and cloths airer.The bathroom was clean,roomy and had toilet,shower and separate bath.In addition below the sink in a great unit there were draws and cupboards to store bathroom item and other bits and pieces. The hotel lift was great ant the reception staff very friendly,helpful and always available. We had read several poor reviews re breakfast prior to our visit,but it was obvious to my wife and I from day one of our 8 day stay that the breakfast was very good and value for money.We have travelled Crete for over 55 years and can honestly say for the price this hotel and breakfast is well worth the fee.

The location is very good, close to everything. The girl at the reception was very friendly and helpful and so was the cleaning staff. It was a quiet place.

We booked a tripple room for 2 adults and 1 teenager but the room turned out to be a standard room for 2 People with 1 small folding bed squezed in the corner. This was not comfortable at all to sleep in and the door to the balcony could only be opened halfway because it was blocked by the folding bed. So if you want some comfort, book the 4p room. We had rented e-bicycles for multiple days and asked to place them somewhere safe, for example behind a wall / gate to prevent theft of these expensive bikes. There was plenty of space where the bikes would be in nobody's way but the manager refused. The bikes had to stay in the open air parking at night where they were in full sight and there was a chance of theft. The girl at the reception did not get permission of the manager to let us place the bikes behind the gate. To us this attitude is hard to understand because it would not cost anything to the hotel and it would simply be a kind gesture of hospitality.
