The staff were so nice, and the breakfast is superb, as is the location. The owner went out of her way to ask her husband to drive me to the ferry port, which was immensely helpful. Grazie mille.
It was fine for me but people who have problems with steps might find it difficult.

Great location in Old Town. Really wonderful family running the Bed and Breakfast. Breakfast itself was excellent also. Many options including fresh scrambled eggs, yogurt, many toppings, fruit cup, sliced meats/cheeses and better espresso than the businesses on the main strip. The breakfast room is immaculate and very well put together. They really care and this is the best hospitality we have received in the Molise region by far.
The bed for me was too firm. I believe this may be typical in Italy as it has been this way in every B&B we’ve stayed in so I wouldn’t place it as a mark against them. I am used to a tempurpedic mattress and hotel style mattresses with soft toppers.
