Our family enjoyed spending time together in the cozy living room, cooking in the large kitchen, and doing art projects and playing games in the dining room when we were "snowed in". The furniture was comfortable even if a little dated. The house is located on a quiet neighborhood street within a quick drive to Tahoe City. Unfortunately, traffic did really back up on good ski days, so allow extra time to get to Palisades or Alpine.

5 stars! The only issue was the wifi, a little slow with 8 people on it. But still a great place.

We went during Covid so it was just our family of four but the house could easily sleep double that. The private beach was wonderful and safe. We made reservations to use the pool on 2 occasions and had it to ourselves. The house was light, bright and clean. Well appointed kitchen. Was exactly what we needed for a safe and relaxing get away. We will be back!
