Villa with terrace with fantastic views, pool and its own door to the sea
A few minor improvements would make the house go from fine to luxurious. This mainly applies to several broken light fixtures that make the house feel worn. A change of the AC in the separate bedroom which smelled strongly would be good as well as more glases so that it is enough for 10 people.

The Villa was immaculately clean and well presented. The communication from booking to arrival was excellent. Special thanks to Hector who was helpful, smiling and answered the phone when I asked for help
I guess if I was being critical, the outside of the property is starting to need a little investment. The pool tiles in areas need renewing and some other areas need tidying.

location of the house
charm of the house
plants around the house
all beds in the house are very hard - most probably an additional mattress would help
quality of sun chairs very poor - at least four of the six - should be of better quality and style for this price segment!
