Exceptional customer service! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Sarajevo's Old Town, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was lovely, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Sarajevo!

Nice studio, clean, great location, Mario was very friendly.
There was a little construction going on in the wider property grounds but this wasn’t too much bother.

Lovely hostess, clean room, fully equipped kitchenette, amazing location.
The most uncomfortable bed and pillow I've ever seen. I don't expect decent pillows in hotels, as they're usually bad, but this one was lumpy and by far the worst I've ever seen. The bed mattress was uncomfortable as well, so we didn't get any rest and everything hurt in the morning. I've rested on thin mattresses in hostels and didn't get as bad a sleep as here.
