B&B MARINA contacless check in

The property was exceptionally clean and the location was very convenient. with free use of the local transport it was extremely easy to navigate without a car. Would definitely stay again !

Unfortunately, the experience was more than disappointing. The owner was quite unwelcoming, and based on how they treated locals, it seemed clear that guests from outside the region or country are not treated with the same level of respect. Upon check-in, the lady at reception was unhelpful. As a solo female traveler with a large suitcase, I was assigned a room on the top floor. When I asked for assistance or even the possibility of a lower-floor room, she responded coldly and made no effort to help. At another property in St. Cristina—also without a lift—the owner at least offered to help carry the luggage upstairs. Considering the high rating of this place, I expected a much more welcoming and comfortable experience, especially towards international guests.
