Vella Suite Hotel

The hotel is really nice. I travelled alone and the room was more than big enough. I even had a double bed and a lot of space for my suitcases. The staff is friendly and speaks english. They also helped me call a taxi to Suwon Station. Overall the location is nice, just be aware that it is a quite busy area with lot's of bars. However the hotel room was quiet.

The bathroom is already a little old. Overall it was clean but you could tell that some things need replacement.

Positive: - Warm korean-international breakfast. Check out is at 12 o'clock, which left me enough time to explore the Palace area. - The room was neat, comfortable and clean. - The staff was kind, even if they couldn't speak that much English (wasn't predominantly so in other places). - The hotel is quite central - the Na Hye-seok Street 나혜석 거리 and the Wolhwawon 월화원 chinese garden are just right around the corner. - The metro station "Suwon city hall" is at the corner. - you can literally travel to Incheon or Seoul from there.

Negative: - The controll lights from the AC-Kontrollpanel are very bright - would be nice to be able to cover them up or tune down.
