Clean, cheerful room and pleasant accommodation near by the metro. The staff is very attentive and helpful.

The location is superb.
Just a 2-3 minute walk to the bus stops and restaurants.
Very close to the Vatican.
You can even see the St Peter's Dome.
The room is great.
The hosts are so easy to communicate with.
The neighborhood is quiet.
Outstanding overall!!!
I don't know if this is even worth saying but the conditioner does not dispense so I had remove the lid then scoop it with my hands.
The lift is tiny but there is a lift!... that's most important.
Very minor things that wouldn't stop us from staying at Domus Amica again.

The owner was lovely to deal with. When a medical emergency forced us to leave early, she offered to refund the unused nights if she could rebook them. That didn’t happen, so no refund, but she kindly offered a discount on our next stay.
The area wasn’t great, and traffic noise made the room loud all night. It was a room in a shared apartment with average amenities, so it wasn’t good value for the price. We tried to cancel on the night of check-in, but the owner couldn’t be reached.
