Very clean. Friendly helpful staff. Good bed and linen and absolutely quiet when window closed.

Wish there was more than one pillow per person

This is within 3 minute walking from Geneva Main train station. The hotel appears to have undergone a major renovation and is very clean. Rooms are quite spacious, very clean and look new. The hotel offers a very good breakfast. Very friendly staff and we were able to get in much earlier in the morning before our check in time - which was highly appreciated (Many thanks to Saleh who checked us in). There are plenty of restaurants near by, Tram stop is just 2 minutes away and Geneva Lake is less than a 10 minute walk. Felt very safe at this location and I will come back and stay here if I am in the area.

There was some disturbance (out on the streets) in the middle of the night. Understandable as it is the city center. Not a deal breaker, but just keep a pair of ear plugs handy.

Location was super convenient and hotel was comfortable but rooms were ok for a single person but think they’d be small if you were travelling with a couple or a family

I didn’t have the room during my stay just a orefernce but when I asked for restocking my water they wanted $5 Swiss francs for a bottle

Newly renovated rooms, very clean, very centrally located (5m walk) near the railway and long distance bus station. Very kind staff. Certainly the better pqr in Geneva

A front room near a noisy street with a late evening bar
