exceptionally friendly staff
the street noise was loud and late - maybe something to reconsider for the family suite

Location is one of the best for exploring the Old city of Istanbul. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They helped us parking the car. Very good breakfast on the roof with amazing view. When check out they gave the ladies a small gift, which was very kind. I highly recommend this place.
