Nicecy Boutique Hotel location is great, centrally located to many tourist attractions and a few minutes walk to Ben Thahn market.
All the staff I interacted with was kind, friendly and helpful: Han, Nhi, Tracy and Tsi who met and assisted me with my luggage on arrival from the airport in a Grab taxi. I have stayed at Nicecy Boutique Hotel during a previous visit to HCMC. I will not hesitate to do so in the future.
I liked everything about the hotel. The breakfast was good, the room was clean and.the air conditioner functioned well

The room was beautiful, just like in the pictures, spotless clean with all bathroom facilities working well.
Staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming and relaxed, always smiling and welcoming, always ready to help us and other guests; nothing seemed too hard.
Breakfast was delicious and the staff were keen for us to try everything, very proud of their food. Breakfast on the rooftop was a delight (we even got to see the fireworks from the rood top which were incredible).
Location near the markets, great restaurants and tourist attractions was a great bonus too.

Fantastic location, easy check in.
Room has all that was required, toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, house keeping daily.
The bed was incredibly uncomfortable I could feel all of the diamond metal springs underneath it.
Staff were pleasant
Found a cockroach on the second night and frequently found ants all over the room.
